（二）中國建筑西南設(shè)計(jì)研究院的《中國網(wǎng)通西南通信樞紐大樓》工程施工圖（設(shè)計(jì)號(hào)：06103-01）。
（三）成都市興蜀勘察基礎(chǔ)工程公司提供的場(chǎng)地詳細(xì)勘察階段巖土工程勘察報(bào)告書。
（四）國家現(xiàn)行的施工和驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、規(guī)程、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和關(guān)于建筑施工管理等方面的技術(shù)文件、圖集以及相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)。
（五）質(zhì)量管理體系（依據(jù)GB/T19001-2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
環(huán)境管理體系（依據(jù)GB/T24001-1996標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。
職業(yè)健康安全管理體系（依據(jù)GB/T28001-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）。

二、編制說明
（一）在接到中國網(wǎng)通集團(tuán)公司四川省分公司關(guān)于中國網(wǎng)通西南通信樞紐大樓的相關(guān)要求和設(shè)計(jì)圖紙后，公司組織工程技術(shù)人員對(duì)該要求和圖紙進(jìn)行仔細(xì)認(rèn)真的研究，反復(fù)閱看，召開了預(yù)備會(huì)，針對(duì)本工程的重、難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究，方案論證對(duì)比，力求編制的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)科學(xué)、合理、詳盡，具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和可操作性。
（二）在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行踏勘實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量后，獲得了寶貴的第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)，對(duì)場(chǎng)地、周邊環(huán)境、地形地貌、圍擋情況、施工供水排水供電情況，有了一定的了解，這對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的制定起著重要作用。
