2006年工程部在公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，對(duì)工程的安全、質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度、投資等方面進(jìn)行管理。沒(méi)發(fā)生重大的安全、質(zhì)量事故；在項(xiàng)目管理上沒(méi)出現(xiàn)大的管理紕漏；在進(jìn)度方面，一期工程已全部封頂，有超過(guò)半數(shù)的工程已完成粗裝修的百分之八十，電梯、窗已進(jìn)場(chǎng)安裝。二期工程也有八棟樓正在進(jìn)行主體工程施工，一期外網(wǎng)已開(kāi)始施工鋪設(shè)，小區(qū)環(huán)境建設(shè)也已進(jìn)入設(shè)計(jì)階段。基本完成公司總體計(jì)劃目標(biāo),2#、3#、4#、5#、6#樓工期滯后脫了整個(gè)工程的后腿。
回顧2006年，工程部仍需在以下幾個(gè)方面注意加強(qiáng)改進(jìn)和提高。
