由我福建省××建筑工程有限公司承建的福建省××315消費(fèi)者投訴中心大樓工程項目，位于××縣城三卞開發(fā)區(qū)的中山北路與江濱路交叉路口。建設(shè)單位為××縣工商行政管理局；地質(zhì)勘察單位為福建省××市地質(zhì)勘察隊；設(shè)計單位為福建省××建筑公司設(shè)計所；監(jiān)理單位為漳州市××建設(shè)工程監(jiān)理有限公司；監(jiān)督機(jī)構(gòu)為××縣建筑工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站；材料試件檢測單位為××縣建筑工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督站檢測室。
該工程為七層框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑面積5100m2，中標(biāo)價為400萬元，建筑物長度65m、寬度18m、高度24m，底層層高4.2m、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層層高3.6m，基礎(chǔ)型式為混凝土獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。該工程于2002年3月1日開工，至2003年3月1日完成并進(jìn)行了初驗收；且工程檔案資料完整、齊全，并經(jīng)總監(jiān)理工程師審查通過。我公司對初驗提出的整改項目在2003年3月13日已全部整改完成至符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。至此，我公司已按施工合同的要求完成

Frame structure of seven storeys of the project, construction area of 5100m2, the price of 400 million, the building length 65m, width 18m, height 24m, the bottom storey 4.2m, standard layers of high-3.6m, based on an independent basis for the concrete type. The project on March 1, 2002 start, to March 1, 2003 and had completed initial acceptance; and project files complete, complete, and after review by the chief supervision engineer. Our initial inspection of the proposed rectification project in March 13, 2003 has been fully completed rectification to meet quality standards. So far, the company has completed in accordance with the requirements of the construction contract
