《建筑安裝（市政基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施）工程竣工檔案移交書(shū)》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《移交書(shū)》），是工程建設(shè)單位向城建檔案館移交檔案材料的清單，由工程建設(shè)單位填寫(xiě)后，隨同工程檔案一并移交，填寫(xiě)時(shí)應(yīng)注意：
    1、《移交書(shū)》填寫(xiě)以單位工程為單位填寫(xiě)，如：一個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目包含N個(gè)單位工程，則《移交書(shū)》要分別填寫(xiě)N份；

    3、除共有材料外，若仍有材料由若干個(gè)單位工程合用，如：圖紙會(huì)審紀(jì)要，出現(xiàn)甲、乙單位工程合用的情況（完全重復(fù)共用），則應(yīng)將圖紙會(huì)審紀(jì)要填寫(xiě)在甲單位工程的《移交書(shū)》上，并在備注上注明“含乙工程”，在乙單位工程的《移交書(shū)》圖紙會(huì)審紀(jì)要欄目上注明“見(jiàn)甲工程”；合用的材料宜集中歸到一個(gè)單位工程之中；當(dāng)某一條款檔案在若干個(gè)單位
