室內(nèi)消防管道及設(shè)備安裝
1  范圍
      本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于民用和一般工業(yè)建筑的室內(nèi)消防自動(dòng)噴灑系統(tǒng)和消火栓系統(tǒng)的管道及設(shè)備安裝工程。
2  施工準(zhǔn)備
    2.1  材料要求:
    2.1.1  消防噴灑管材應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求選用,一般采用鍍鋅碳素鋼管及管件,管壁內(nèi)外鍍鋅均勻,無(wú)銹蝕、無(wú)飛刺,零件無(wú)偏加、方扣、絲扣不全、角度不準(zhǔn)等現(xiàn)象。
    2.1.2  消火栓系統(tǒng)管材應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求選用,一般采用碳素鋼管或無(wú)縫鋼管,管材不得有彎曲、銹蝕、重皮及凹凸不平等現(xiàn)象。
    2.1.3  消防噴灑系統(tǒng)的報(bào)警閥、作用閥、控制閥、延遲器、水流指示器、水泵結(jié)合器等主要組件的規(guī)格型號(hào)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,配件齊全,鑄造規(guī)矩,表面光潔,無(wú)裂紋,啟閉靈活,有產(chǎn)品出廠合格證。
    2.1.4  噴灑頭的規(guī)格、類(lèi)型、動(dòng)作溫度應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,外型規(guī)矩,絲扣完整,感溫包無(wú)破碎和松動(dòng),易熔片無(wú)脫落和松動(dòng)。有產(chǎn)品出廠合格證。
    2.1.5  消火栓箱體的規(guī)格類(lèi)型應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,箱體表面平整、光潔。金屬箱體無(wú)銹蝕,劃傷,箱門(mén)開(kāi)啟靈活。箱體方正,箱內(nèi)配件齊全。栓閥外型規(guī)矩,無(wú)裂紋,啟閉靈活,關(guān)閉嚴(yán)密,密封填料完好,有產(chǎn)品出廠合格證。
    2.2  主要機(jī)具:
    2.2.1  套絲機(jī),砂輪鋸,臺(tái)鉆,電錘,手砂輪,手電鉆,電焊機(jī),電動(dòng)試壓泵等機(jī)械。
    2.2.2  套絲板,管鉗、臺(tái)鉗,壓力鉗,鏈鉗,手錘,鋼鋸,扳手,射釘槍?zhuān)规、電氣焊等工具?br />     2.3  作業(yè)條件:
    2.3.1  主體結(jié)構(gòu)已驗(yàn)收,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)已清理干凈。
    2.3.2  管道安裝所需要的基準(zhǔn)線應(yīng)測(cè)定并標(biāo)明,如吊頂標(biāo)高、地面標(biāo)高、內(nèi)隔墻位置線等。
    2.3.3  設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,達(dá)到安裝條件。
    2.3.4  安裝管道所需要的操作架應(yīng)由專(zhuān)業(yè)人員搭設(shè)完畢。
    2.3.5  檢查管道支架、預(yù)留孔洞的位置、尺寸是否正確。
    2.3.6  噴灑頭安裝按建筑裝修圖確定位置,吊頂龍骨安裝完按吊頂材料厚度確定噴灑頭的標(biāo)高。封吊頂時(shí)按噴灑頭預(yù)留口位置在頂板上開(kāi)孔。
3  操作工藝
    3.1  工藝流程:
