1、工程概況
北京××科研實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓工程位于北京市××區(qū)××路××號(hào)，總建筑面積29052m2，地下二層，地上十六層，結(jié)構(gòu)型式為全現(xiàn)澆框架—簡(jiǎn)體結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑物檐高59.65m，總高65.40m。
    該工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)狹小，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)內(nèi)設(shè)辦公用房和鋼筋加工廠、木工棚、成品、半成品及周轉(zhuǎn)材料堆放區(qū)域等，將民工生活區(qū)設(shè)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)以外。
 該工程工期630天(打樁降水除外)。
 該工程處于北三環(huán)與北四環(huán)之間，南臨××路，為保障施工順利進(jìn)行，特將消防保衛(wèi)放在重點(diǎn)地位，而制訂該方案。
2、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消防保衛(wèi)情況分析
 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨設(shè)及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，預(yù)計(jì)本工地消防、保衛(wèi)重點(diǎn)部位有如下幾處，為使工地達(dá)到市級(jí)文明現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的目標(biāo)，確保不出現(xiàn)火災(zāi)及失竊等事故，特將這幾處重點(diǎn)危險(xiǎn)區(qū)提名到案，加強(qiáng)在施工中的管理。
(1)北京××科研實(shí)驗(yàn)大樓工程屬全現(xiàn)澆框架一筒體結(jié)構(gòu)高層建筑，施工過(guò)程中木材用量較大，大部分施工人員為民工，由于民工對(duì)消防知識(shí)懂得較少，防火意識(shí)差，思想容易麻痹，不定時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)民工在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)違章吸煙情況，以及施工中的電焊焊花濺落容易發(fā)生火災(zāi)。
