工程質(zhì)量的概念和重要性
建筑工程是一種對(duì)安全性、耐久性有極高要求的特殊產(chǎn)品，它不同于一般的批量生產(chǎn)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品。所以工程的質(zhì)量首先就是要保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和耐久性；其次是各項(xiàng)使用功能的可靠性；再次是裝飾的實(shí)用性和美觀，這里面就包括了各分部、分項(xiàng)工程的觀感。也正是由于建筑工程所具有的這一特性，所以我們可以看到國(guó)家對(duì)工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、材料、設(shè)備等等都相應(yīng)制定了一系列的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范�？峙鹿こ探ㄔO(shè)領(lǐng)域中的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是最多的。國(guó)家就是通過(guò)這一系列的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范來(lái)控制建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量，這也充分體現(xiàn)了國(guó)家、政府對(duì)人民生命和財(cái)產(chǎn)安全的重視。
建筑工程最基本的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就是國(guó)家頒布的建筑工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但現(xiàn)行的施工質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范與以往我們使用的規(guī)范有很大的不同。這一 點(diǎn)我想大家應(yīng)該都比較清楚了，在這里我想說(shuō)的是：
