工程質(zhì)量的概念和重要性
建筑工程是一種對安全性、耐久性有極高要求的特殊產(chǎn)品,它不同于一般的批量生產(chǎn)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品。所以工程的質(zhì)量首先就是要保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和耐久性;其次是各項使用功能的可靠性;再次是裝飾的實用性和美觀,這里面就包括了各分部、分項工程的觀感。也正是由于建筑工程所具有的這一特性,所以我們可以看到國家對工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的設(shè)計、施工、材料、設(shè)備等等都相應(yīng)制定了一系列的標準、規(guī)范。恐怕工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域中的國家標準是最多的。國家就是通過這一系列的標準、規(guī)范來控制建設(shè)工程的質(zhì)量,這也充分體現(xiàn)了國家、政府對人民生命和財產(chǎn)安全的重視。
建筑工程最基本的質(zhì)量標準就是國家頒布的建筑工程質(zhì)量驗收標準。但現(xiàn)行的施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范與以往我們使用的規(guī)范有很大的不同。這一 點我想大家應(yīng)該都比較清楚了,在這里我想說的是:
結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性與耐久性——在設(shè)計壽命內(nèi),建筑物的結(jié)構(gòu)必須保證不出現(xiàn)嚴重的傾斜(不均勻沉降)、開裂,在設(shè)計的抗震列度內(nèi)的地震力的作用下或設(shè)計允許的風荷載的作用下結(jié)構(gòu)
