質(zhì)量創(chuàng)優(yōu)保證措施

本工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)為：確保市優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和區(qū)優(yōu)質(zhì)工程，爭(zhēng)創(chuàng)“白玉蘭”工程。為保證本工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的順利取得，工程開工前就開始展開了一系列的措施。
一、 人員安排
