本工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)為：確保市優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和區(qū)優(yōu)質(zhì)工程，爭創(chuàng)“白玉蘭”工程。為保證本工程的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)的順利取得，工程開工前就開始展開了一系列的措施。
