1. 工程創(chuàng)優(yōu)管理
1.1. 為了實現工程施工合同規(guī)定的“達標投產、創(chuàng)優(yōu)良樣板工程”的質量目標,嚴格按照ISO9001:2000版標準和八項質量管理原則開展工程施工質量管理,確保工程施工質量管理工作能有章、有序、有效地實施,向業(yè)主交付滿意的工程,特制訂本建筑工程施工創(chuàng)優(yōu)措施。
1.2. 在組織上成立達標創(chuàng)優(yōu)領導小組及達標創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作小組,全面負責和組織實施本工程施工創(chuàng)優(yōu)工作:領導小組組長由項目經理擔任,工作小組組長由工地總經理擔任,以工程總包單位廣東火電為龍頭,各施工分包單位為主體,全員參與、全過程控制和全方位管理(組織網絡圖如下)。
