消防安全疏散標志設(shè)置標準

1  總則
1.0.1  為了合理的設(shè)置消防安全疏散標志，保障人身安全、減少火災(zāi)危害和方便救援，制定本標準。
1.0.2  本標準適用于新建、改建、擴建的民用建筑和平戰(zhàn)結(jié)合的人民防空工程中消防安全疏散標志的設(shè)計、施工、驗收與維護。
1.0.3  消防安全疏散標志的設(shè)計與施工應(yīng)符合國家有關(guān)方針政策及有關(guān)工程建設(shè)和質(zhì)量管理法規(guī)的規(guī)定，做到安全適用，技術(shù)先進、經(jīng)濟合理。
1.0.4  設(shè)計選用的消防安全疏散標志產(chǎn)品必須經(jīng)過國家有關(guān)消防產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗測試中心認證合格。
1.0.5  消防安全疏散標志的設(shè)計與施工、驗收及維護管理，除應(yīng)符合標準的規(guī)定外，尚應(yīng)符合國家現(xiàn)行其他有關(guān)標準和規(guī)范的要求。
2  術(shù)語
2.0.1  消防安全疏散標志  Fire safety evacuation sign
用于火災(zāi)時人員安全疏散時有指示作用的標志。
2.0.2  疏散標示指示 Evacuation indicator sign
用于指示疏散方向和（或）位置、引導(dǎo)人員疏散的標志，一般由疏散通道方向標志、疏散出口標志或兩種標志組成。
2.0.3.  疏散導(dǎo)流標志  Evacuation guiding strip
疏散指示標志的一種，能保持疏散人員視覺連接并引導(dǎo)人員通向疏散出口和安全出口的疏散指示標志。
2.0.4  警示標志  Prohibiting and inducing or warning sign
警告和提示疏散人員采取合適安全疏散行為的標志。
2.0.5  電光源型消防安全疏散標志  Electricity luminglighting fire safety evacuation sign
通過電源場致發(fā)光方式發(fā)光顯示的消防安全疏散指示標志。
2.0.6  蓄光型消防安全疏散標志  Light-cumulating fire evacuation indicator sign
通過光源照射，并在光源消失后仍能在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)自發(fā)光的消防安全疏散標志。
3  設(shè)置要求
3.1  一般規(guī)定
3.1.1  消防安全疏散標志的設(shè)置應(yīng)根據(jù)建筑物的用途、建筑規(guī)模、使用人員特點和室內(nèi)環(huán)境等因素選用。
3.1.2  設(shè)置消防安全疏散標志時，標志內(nèi)容應(yīng)清晰、簡潔、明確，并與所要表達的內(nèi)容相一致，不應(yīng)相互矛盾或重復(fù)。
3.1.3  消防安全疏散標志應(yīng)設(shè)在醒目位置，不應(yīng)設(shè)置在經(jīng)常被遮擋的位置（本標準另有規(guī)定者除外），疏散出口、安全出口等疏散指示標志不應(yīng)設(shè)置在可開啟的門、窗扇上或其它可移動的物體上。

1 General
